Our promise to you is to provide learning tools and create opportunities for RC1 members to:
- Grow in your craft as a writer
- Learn about the publishing industry
- Ask questions of industry experts
- Participate in writing contests
- Network with agents, editors, and other writers
- Create a plan to pitch your finished novel to publishers
What we cannot promise under any circumstance is to offer shortcuts to publishing success. We explicitly do not promise:
- Editorial feedback on your full novel
- Representation from an agent (even if they show interest)
- A publishing offer from an editor (even if they show interest)
